Job summary

Mission Wealth, a Barron’s Top 100 RIA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Santa Barbara to manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. You will work across Ramp, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Excel, maintaining accurate AP records and supporting month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in AP with strong attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple platforms. This is an in-office, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record and maintain accurate accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks; reconcile vendor statements.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per established procedures; maintain vendor records.
