Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, with strong AP background.
• Experience with ERP systems and GAAP knowledge is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable process from invoices to payments with accuracy and vendor relations.
• Support customer invoicing with operations and customer success teams.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
