Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience in fire protection, life safety, industrial, mission-critical facilities, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies within assigned vertical markets.
• Identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, engineers, contractors, and industry influencers.
• Increase awareness and specification of KiddeFenwal solutions in targeted markets.
• Identify, track, and develop strategic project opportunities across North America.
• Forecast and maintain an active pipeline; provide project strategy with RSMs.
• Drive growth in Data Centers, BESS and other designated verticals; create national account plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering to align market initiatives with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events; deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data; report on pipeline and market intelligence.
