Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, engineering, construction, marketing, or a related industry.
Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
Excellent sales and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Maximizes penetration by Haskell into the Division’s target market and identifies a target list of contacts.
Makes sales calls and maintains contact with prospects until a project is secured and contracts are in place.
Supervises others, guides selling techniques and presentations to the team.
Develops and implements market initiatives and client development strategies.
Plans and conducts periodic marketing retreats and annual trade show calendar.
Develops the annual Division marketing budget for review and approval.
Travel as required.
