• Qualify targets, set appointments, and provide marketing materials and tailored responses.
• Visit qualified targets or arrange personal sales calls by Haskell personnel.
• Prepare qualifications statements and assist in responses to proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and national organizations that are sources of prospects.
• Maintain up-to-date prospect files and databases.
• Supervise Business Development Associates.
• Develop and deliver client presentations.
• Represent Haskell at trade shows and professional meetings.
• Take other steps to assist in securing additional projects.
• May supervise others.
