The Haskell Company is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive aggressive sales and marketing efforts, with preferred healthcare industry experience. This leadership role will oversee client development, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to win design-build opportunities.

The position requires strategic thinking, a strong track record in selling complex projects, and the ability to lead a team across divisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, engineering, construction, marketing, or related industry.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills; strong sales and client-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maximizes penetration into target market and develops list of contacts.
• Makes sales calls and maintains contact with prospects through project closure and beyond.
• Leads and coaches sales teams; coordinates with Project Directors on proposals and presentations.
• Develops market initiatives and client development strategies; plans trade shows and marketing budget.
• Supervises others and participates in industry organizations; travels as required.
