Job summary

PipeSuite, a unified compliance platform for the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to build revenue operations and own the sales pipeline from Mobile, AL. This hands-on leader will initially close deals, refine the sales process, and, as milestones are reached, build and manage a dedicated internal sales team.

You will drive outbound campaigns, execute ABM marketing, and collaborate with engineering and services to close high-value software and professional services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in B2B technical sales.
• Proven track record closing high-value SaaS deals.
• Experience selling software + services solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close multi-year contracts.
• Execute Pipeline Strategy: Run outbound campaigns and own lead generation systems.
• Lead Marketing Initiatives: Oversee ABM strategy and industry conference presence.
• Scale the Department: Establish metrics and CRM workflows to hire and lead a team.
