Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a strategic growth leader to expand our ambulatory surgery center network through physician partnerships and market development. As Director of Corporate Development, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with physicians and health system leaders, and lead transactions that shape the future of our organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Experience in corporate development, healthcare strategy, or M&A within ASC/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-value ambulatory surgery center partnerships.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex joint ventures and partnerships.
• Build and manage physician and health system relationships at executive level.
• Lead cross-functional deal execution with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Leadership.
