Job summary

Honeydew is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own the paid media engine end to end. You’ll manage an eight-figure budget and report to the Head of Growth, with direct exposure to CEO and CFO on strategy and targets.

Build and lead a high-performing team and partner with an in-house creative team to drive scalable growth. You will optimize spend across social, search, CTV, and programmatic channels, build measurement pipelines, and experiment with new channels while ensuring privacy

Qualifications

• Led performance marketing at fast-growing D2C companies or multiple brands in-house/agency.
• Strong analytical skills spanning the full funnel from impression to patient action.
• Experience buying across social, search, CTV, programmatic, display.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social & search spend and strategy from day one.
• Run measurement and attribution, CAC/ROAS across channels.
• Collaborate with design/engineering for onboarding experiences.
