Job summary

Neil Jesani Advisors, Inc. seeks a Director of Performance Marketing to scale customer acquisition, optimize paid media investments, and maximize ROI across divisions.

You will own strategy, budgets, and execution for paid search, social, programmatic, affiliates, and CRO, targeting ultra high-net-worth individuals and enterprise buyers. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead ABM programs, build analytics dashboards, and partner with revenue operations to ensure accurate attribution, lead routing,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in performance or growth marketing with 3+ years managing direct-response media budgets exceeding $10M+ annually.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B with UHNW targets.
• Strong analytical skills in SQL/Excel, attribution, unit economics, and pipeline reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Own paid advertising budgets across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
• Develop ABM campaigns and tailor messaging for executives and enterprise buyers.
• Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and offers to lower CAC while improving lead quality.
• Build dashboards tracking ROAS, CAC, LTV, and pipeline revenue; report to CEO weekly.
