Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in business development, sales, or growth roles within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale deals ($100K–$1M+).
• Deep understanding of modern marketing (social, digital, influencer/creator, paid media).
• Strong network of brand-side decision-makers (CMOs, VPs, Directors).
• Exceptional storytelling and pitch skills.
