Job summary

Global Healing is seeking a Director of Growth to drive revenue growth across its brands—Global Healing, Earth Harmony, and Cielo—and optimize performance across E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Wholesale. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will shape a three-year growth strategy, align cross‑functional teams, and champion AI-enabled decision making to scale the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in growth, e-commerce, revenue leadership, or channel leadership.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or direct‑to‑consumer brands.
• Strong track record across DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a three-year growth strategy across E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Wholesale.
• Own consolidated revenue and profit plan across channels.
• Lead and develop channel managers and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee AI-enabled optimization of decision-making, forecasting, and content creation.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior leadership to align pricing, promotions, and launches.
