Job summary

Kalon Executive Search, on behalf of a growing consumer health and wellness company, seeks a strategic, hands-on Director of Growth to lead its next phase of commercial expansion across DTC, e-commerce, online marketplaces, and wholesale.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director will own the revenue strategy, build high-performing teams, and drive acquisition, retention, and profitability while embracing AI tools to sharpen insights and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth leadership or multi-channel commercial leadership.
• Experience with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) and direct-to-consumer brands.
• Proven track record of scaling a meaningful DTC business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three-year growth strategy across channels.
• Own the consolidated revenue and profit plan for e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale.
• Lead the e-commerce function and oversee AI-enabled sales enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial priorities with marketing and operations.
• Identify new growth opportunities across customer acquisition, retention, and distribution.
