Job summary

GLOBAL HEALING CENTER, LLC is seeking a Director of Growth to drive revenue growth across its brands—Global Healing, Earth Harmony, and Cielo. You will own strategy, build a scalable org, and align sales channels with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth, e-commerce, revenue leadership, general management, or channel leadership.
• Strong leadership in consumer packaged goods.
• Experience with a direct-to-consumer brand.
• Preference for health and wellness or related regulated categories.
• Proven success scaling a meaningful DTC business.
• Experience overseeing multiple revenue channels (DTC, marketplaces, Wholesale).
• Full P&L ownership with solid understanding of revenue, margins, CAC, retention, LTV.
• Experience leading managers and building cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about AI capabilities and willingness to adopt new tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three-year growth strategy for Global Healing’s brands and channels.
• Own revenue and profit plans across E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Wholesale.
• Lead channel leaders and develop the E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Wholesale teams.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination with Demand, Product, Creative, Finance, and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve decision-making, forecasting, customer insights, and content creation using AI.
• Provide clear reporting, risks, and recommendations to the CEO and leadership.
