Qualifications

• 10+ years leading growth, e-commerce, or revenue organizations.
• Direct-to-consumer brand experience preferred.
• Experience across DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three-year growth strategy across E-commerce, Marketplaces, and Wholesale.
• Own revenue and profit plans for all channels; drive acceleration in E-commerce and Wholesale.
• Lead channel managers; build leadership and succession across the dept.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing, promotions, launches, and inventory.
