SelectLeaders LLC is seeking a Business Development Director to drive revenue for its Interior Architecture & Design studio, focusing on multifamily residential and hospitality projects.

Lead business development efforts from early relationship-building through proposal, pitch, and close, building a robust pipeline and expanding client relationships with developers, owners, architects, and partners in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, client development, or sales within interior architecture or design-focused real estate.
• Existing industry network and proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with emphasis on multifamily and related sectors.
• Originate new client relationships and expand existing ones with developers, owners, architects, and partners.
• Represent the firm at industry events and maintain pipeline reporting in HubSpot CRM.
