Job summary

KAP Project Services, LTD. in Deer Park, Texas is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead and scale the BD organization across petrochemical, LNG, data centers, and power markets. This hands-on leadership role builds the people, processes, and tools needed for a high‑performing, scalable operation.

You will shape strategy, manage CRM and forecasting, cultivate key client relationships, and partner with Operations to ensure client satisfaction while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive BD, sales, or related leadership experience.
• Experience leading BD or sales teams.
• Established relationships in industrial markets (petrochemical, LNG, data centers, power).
• Proficient in CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop KAP’s Business Development team.
• Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, EPCs, contractors, engineering firms, and partners.
• Establish pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting practices.
• Ensure seamless handoff from BD to Operations.
