Job summary

Logan Pass Construction is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth in data center, commercial, and industrial markets. You will lead strategic account management, build key client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional pursuit activities from initial contact to contract award.

Collaborate with executive leadership, preconstruction, marketing, and operations to gather market intelligence and shape expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development or related field in construction.
• 5+ years in leadership or strategic account management.
• Established relationships in mission-critical or data center construction preferred.
• Experience with owners, developers, GCs, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with growth objectives and markets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in mission-critical, data center, commercial, and industrial construction markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, owners, consultants, and trade partners.
• Lead pursuit strategies from qualification to contract award.
• Coordinate internal teams to align pricing, schedule, and delivery capabilities.
