Cornerstone Caregiving in Raleigh, NC seeks a Director of Business Development and Operations to lead the branch, drive growth, and oversee day-to-day functioning.

You will develop marketing plans, manage referrals, hire staff, schedule shifts, relate with clients, and control the office budget while shaping culture. This is a full‑time leadership role with strong growth potential and a focus on performance and people.

Qualifications

• A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
• Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
• In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
