You will build partnerships with hospitals and senior services, recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, and shape the workplace culture while earning a base salary with a profit-sharing plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with prior experience managing a team.
• Successful track record in sales and business development.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time M-F.
• Base salary around $80,000 with 20% quarterly profit share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, and senior living communities.
• Hire, onboard, and schedule staff; monitor on-call coverage.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the branch budget and profitability metrics.
• Foster a positive, incentivized workplace culture.
