Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an experienced Branch Director to lead our Denton in-home care branch. You will independently manage operations with ongoing corporate training and support, drive business development and referral partnerships, and ensure staffing, client satisfaction, and profitability.

You will recruit and onboard staff, handle on-call coverage, and cultivate a culture of excellence while relocating before starting.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with prior team management experience.
• Proven success in meeting sales and business development goals.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Denton branch independently with corporate training support.
• Create and execute a marketing plan to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members; ensure 24/7 shift coverage.
• Perform in-home assessments, build client relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the office budget and profitability; manage financials.
