Job summary
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Business Development professional to support branches in Fort Worth and nearby areas. You will plan and drive market expansion, build strategic relationships, and promote Medicare home health and hospice services.
The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, field support to care teams, and revenue/admission growth within the assigned division.
Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma.
- Must have demonstrated related field experience.
- Must understand federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
- Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Responsibilities
- Direct planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division (Fort Worth, Cleburn, Hillsboro, Weatherford).
- Identify market opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals.
- Represent the company to apprise professional contacts of Medicare services availability.
- Monitor program execution and service provision; support care teams.
