Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Florida is seeking a results-driven business development leader to drive growth within the assigned division. You will plan and implement growth strategies, forecast opportunities, and collaborate with care teams to expand Medicare services delivery.

You will build relationships with referral sources, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines. Travel and active field responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have related field experience in Medicare home health or hospice.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice.
• Proficient with mobile devices and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning and implementation of business development within the assigned division.
• Identify market opportunities and provide strategic, in-field support to achieve revenue and admission goals.
• Represent the company to professional contacts regarding Medicare services.
• Monitor program execution and service provision.
• Develop professional relationships and effectively support care teams.
• Drive new growth by calling on referral sources and maintaining account relationships.
