Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Business Development Director to lead strategic growth across industrial and engineered-product markets. You will identify and develop new customers, markets, applications, and strategic partnerships while driving profitable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a hunter-minded commercial leader with experience selling engineered products into OEM, industrial manufacturing, and related technical markets, capable of building lasting executive-level

Formación

8+ years of B2B sales/business development in industrial manufacturing or engineered products.
Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience selling to OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, or technical end users.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Identify and secure new OEM, industrial, and strategic accounts.
Build relationships with senior decision-makers across engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive leadership.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Identify emerging markets, applications, and opportunities for engineered products.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasts, and KPIs.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and other internal teams on customer solutions.
Lead strategic account development and expand existing opportunities.
Represent at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
