Job summary

TransPerfect Inc. and its TPT Digital division are seeking a Director of Business Development to join a fast-growing, full-stack digital agency. The role focuses on expanding revenue, building a high-performing team of account executives, and deploying networking strategies to win new business.

You will work closely with client service and production teams to ensure projects are executed with meticulous attention to detail and measurable success, driving client partnerships and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a client-facing role or business development position with at least 3 years in digital marketing.
• Fast-paced entrepreneurial environment experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital.
• Grow and develop a team of account executives.
