Job summary

Big Think Capital is seeking a data-driven Director of Digital Marketing Growth & Customer Acquisition to own our digital growth, brand awareness, and new customer acquisition in a fast-paced financial services context.

You will lead SEM, paid social, email, and display campaigns; build dashboards; and collaborate with sales and leadership to optimize CAC and ROAS while turning data into actionable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record in digital marketing with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and customer acquisition strategy for Big Think Capital.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
• Own SEM strategy, including keyword strategy, bid management, and budget optimization.
• Lead social media marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.
• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.
• Build and monitor performance dashboards; use data and analytics to continuously test, measure, and improve campaign performance.
• Set clear, measurable goals (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) and report on performance against targets.
• Identify and test new channels, creative approaches, and audience segments to drive efficient acquisition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
• Manage marketing budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
• Stay current on financial services marketing trends and compliance.
