Visa is seeking a Senior Director, Consumer Payments Marketing to lead the regional growth strategy across Affluent, Next Gen, Cross-Border, eCommerce, and new payment flows in LAC. This senior leader will align insights, product roadmaps, and marketing activation across markets, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

You will manage a team of senior managers, partner with Product, Sales, and Analytics, and drive integrated plans that translate consumer insights into market-ready campaigns,

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, or strategy in financial services, technology, fintech, or payments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Lead consumer segment strategies across Affluent, Next Gen, Cross-Border, eCommerce, Debit, and New Payment Flows in LAC.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Sponsorships, and market teams to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
• Oversee integrated planning with media, creative, content, sponsorships, and product partners to embed segment priorities across campaigns.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of senior managers focused on segment marketing excellence across LAC.
