Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a senior executive to lead Strategy & Operations for the Americas (LAC). The role drives the regional strategy development and execution, aligning with global priorities while accelerating transformational initiatives across North LAC, South LAC, and Brazil.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the regional strategy, aligned with Mastercard's global priorities.
Drive operational excellence through governance, performance management, and process optimization.
Partner across North LAC, South LAC and Brazil to ensure regional alignment, coordination, and execution.
Influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives that support growth and innovation.
Oversee M&A strategy and integration activities, including organizational alignment, talent planning, and change management.
Lead the regional business risk agenda by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, financial, compliance, and organizational risks.
Develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Work closely with regional senior leaders, including the LAC President, to shape the region’s overall strategy.
