Visa is seeking a Senior Manager, Consumer Payments Marketing – Debit, Next Gen, eCommerce & New Digital Payments, to partner with LAC Product & Solutions teams and drive consumer marketing across Debit, Next Gen, and digital payment flows.

This role translates insights into strategies, working with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and execution that aligns with Visa’s growth priorities. US-based, with in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Debit across LAC to drive growth and usage.
• Lead Next Gen consumer marketing strategies targeting Gen Z and young Millennials in LAC.
• Shape eCommerce marketing to accelerate digital payments adoption across markets.
• Drive new digital payment flows awareness and adoption through campaigns.
• Partner with product, media, creative, content, and sponsorship teams for integrated plans.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable briefs and go-to-market plans.
