The role is 80% direct sales and business expansion, 20% high-level operational leadership, focusing on closing high-value commercial accounts and expanding market presence.

You will partner with field operations, ensure contracts deliver on promises, and maintain profitability through disciplined pricing and margin controls.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in B2B service sales with revenue growth.
• 2+ years in account management or service delivery oversight.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services preferred.

• Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline across commercial cleaning.
