• Own all post-construction cleaning operations from start to finish
• Lead and manage subcontractors and field crews across multiple simultaneous projects
• Run strategic weekly operations meetings that keep the business aligned and moving forward
• Ensure every project hits schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks
• Secure timely customer sign-offs at project completion
• Review and approve change orders with a sharp eye for detail
• Uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards across all job sites
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with ownership and executive leadership
