This hands-on leader will strengthen systems, develop leaders, and drive scalable processes in a fast-paced, seasonal resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead department managers for field operations, inspections, quality control, and service delivery with accountability and culture of excellence.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for seasonal resort operations.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and retention initiatives.
• Support growth through local networking, client relationships, and opportunities to expand services.
• Oversee workflow management, reporting, staffing coordination, billing oversight, and client communication processes.
• Collaborate with ownership to align priorities, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term vision.
