Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Portland, OR. You will generate new business, manage a full sales cycle, and lead growth of Builder Listings and digital solutions with homebuilders and developers.

You’ll develop territory plans, conduct compelling demos, and build strong relationships with key decision makers while collaborating across teams and traveling as needed to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in listings/advertising or digital media sales
• 2–5+ years of experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry
• Experience with SaaS environments and user acquisition
• Ability to manage full sales process from prospecting to closing; drive new business

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue for Builder Listings and digital solutions to homebuilders
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan
• Schedule 5–7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce
• Drive full sales cycle from intro to closing and perform demos
• Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships
• Travel within territory and to industry conventions as needed
• Present listings and advertising products at company events
