Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Listings/Digital Solutions in Jacksonville, FL. You will drive new business by selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers, while collaborating with the NewHomeSource leadership to expand market reach.

The role demands hunter mentality, strong relationship-building, and a track record in SaaS sales with CRM proficiency. Travel within territory and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
• Enthusiasm and passion for new home real estate to drive sales.
• Ability to close business with multiple decision makers.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Experience in SaaS with user acquisition focus.
• Track record of driving full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and revenue for Builder Listings Services and Digital Solutions in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations of products.
• Collaborate with data representatives to foster builder relationships.
• Travel within territory and industry events as needed.
• Present listings, advertising products, and builder digital solutions at events.
