Job summary

Nagarro in Dallas, TX is seeking a high-intensity account growth leader to deliver double-digit YOY growth at one or more key accounts. You will position Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs, shaping engagement and expanding offerings.

You will drive 15%+ YOY portfolio growth, manage procurement and legal negotiations, and collaborate with engineering and capability teams. The role requires at least 5 years in senior account leadership within a major professional

Qualifications

• At least 5 years leading large accounts (> $20M) in a professional services firm.
• Ability to engage CIOs/CTOs and business heads with value-led AI conversations.
• Strong deal shaping, commercial acumen, and procurement/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow assigned portfolio by 15%+ YOY.
• Achieve revenue targets through structured account planning and CXO engagement.
• Position Nagarro as AI transformation partner with integrated offerings.
• Secure testimonials and references on Nagarro's work.
