Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a senior sales professional to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships across branding, experience design, media management, data solutions, commerce, and more. You’ll develop go-to-market strategies, manage end-to-end pitches, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with marketing, and push for growth through strategic, data-driven approaches in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency sales, growth, or client services experience.
• Experience selling agency services across a range of industries.
• Understanding of branding, creative, media, ecommerce, & engineering.
• Ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to design and develop client solutions.
• Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead net-new pitch process including building timelines, write pitch briefings, set win strategies, and contribute content for proposals.
• Craft and own detailed responses for net-new pitches, including RFIs and procurement processes, coordinating with legal and finance teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of the business development process, including qualification strategy and win strategy.
• Develop executive-level relationships with clients to position DEPT® as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure DEPT®'s differentiated positioning comes to life through case studies and thought leadership.
• Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
