Qualifications

• Multiple years in a Director level role.
• Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
• Demonstration of account management fundamentals at all touchpoints: attention to detail, client satisfaction, process implementation, financial management.
• Experience giving clear direction to strategy and creative on briefs and projects.
• Effective team planning, management, and pastoral capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning and scoping alongside Account Directors and partners.
• Experience with RFPs and pitches.
• Identifies organic growth opportunities and leads growth plans; builds a pipeline of secured work.
• Allocates resources creatively, balancing client needs with profitability and scope.
• Builds strong senior client relationships and collaborates across teams to propose solutions.
