You will design the full experience—from the Meta ad to the landing page and post-click experiences—ensuring a credible, mobile-first, one-vision experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, digital or experience design
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end digital experiences and visual design
• Experience designing for paid traffic and performance-driven decisions
• Knowledge of demand generation and performance marketing metrics
• Strong product and interaction design fundamentals for mobile and conversion
• Clear view on AI impact on design work
• Confidence presenting work to cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Design full experiences from social, including landing pages, quizzes and partner experiences
• Concept the creative directions and collaborate with Paid Social and Demand Gen
• Connect ad to post-click experience as one system
• Use AI to explore ideas and prototype experiences quickly
• Incorporate learnings from Data and Paid Social to iterate
• Build reusable components, page patterns and frameworks for faster experiments
• Mentor designers on visual craft and AI-assisted workflows
