Forbes Advisor is scaling its Comparison business and seeking a Digital Experience Lead to drive conversion across landing pages and customer journeys. You’ll work with SEM, Product, Engineering, Design and Data to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities and implement experiments that deliver measurable commercial impact.

The role requires a curious, commercially minded professional who turns insights into hypotheses, tests and scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in conversion rate optimisation, digital experience, growth or a similar role.
• Proven experience improving landing pages, funnels and digital customer journeys through experimentation.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing from hypothesis development to analysis and decisions.
• Commercially sharp and able to connect customer behaviour and conversion to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the optimisation roadmap across the Comparison business, prioritising opportunities to improve conversion.
• Continually optimise landing pages and customer journeys using performance data and customer insights.
• Turn opportunities into hypotheses and own experiments end-to-end — from design to execution and analysis.
