Job summary

52 Limited is seeking a Founding Growth Designer to own the design and optimization of consumer-facing landing pages, website experiences, and conversion funnels. You will write persuasive headlines, craft high-converting copy, and build pages using AI-assisted tools while collaborating with the founder and engineers.

You’ll experiment with design, messaging, and layout, running A/B tests to lift conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of consumer-facing websites and landing pages with strong typography and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing and optimizing landing pages, websites, or funnels for consumer brands or startups
• Excellent copywriting with ability to create engaging messaging
• Hands-on experience building and launching websites or landing pages using AI-assisted tools
• Working understanding of front-end development and ability to collaborate with engineers
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization

Responsibilities

• Own design and optimization of consumer-facing landing pages, websites, and conversion funnels
• Concept, design, build, launch, test, and iterate digital experiences
• Write compelling headlines, messaging, and CTAs that drive engagement
• Build landing pages using modern front-end tech and AI tools like Cursor/Claude Code
• Develop and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
• Analyze funnel performance and test results to identify improvements
• Collaborate with founder and marketing/engineering teams to align with acquisition goals
• Create reusable design components and landing page systems for rapid experimentation
• Move quickly from concept to production and iterate based on results
• Champion high-quality design while moving fast in a startup setting
