Superhuman is seeking a Staff Designer on the Mail team to lead growth-focused design efforts, shaping onboarding, activation, and purchase experiences across our suite of collaborative products. You’ll empower users to be more efficient with AI-powered email and scheduling workflows, emphasizing speed, polish, and delightful interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth and product design experience.
• 3+ years focused on onboarding, activation, or monetization experiences.
• Strong craft in prototyping, visuals, typography and layout.

Responsabilités

• Define and shape experiments that drive aha moments, from sketch to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Influence product strategy with PMs and engineers to shape direction and sequencing.
• Balance business goals with user needs and craft a cohesive roadmap.
• Leverage research to guide feature discovery and adoption across products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and push for emotionally resonant design.
