HeyGen is hiring a Web Product Designer to own the marketing site from concept to production. You will work with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering as a true product partner, shipping experiments and driving funnel improvements.

The role emphasizes mobile-first, responsive design, and AI-assisted workflows to produce production-ready pages that convert and activate users, with equity and comprehensive benefits in the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Designed and shipped modern marketing-site experiences that convert.
• Worked as a product designer embedded with PMs and engineers.
• Fluent in running experiments and interpreting results with data.
• Proficient in AI-assisted design and producing production-ready pages.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Web Design: own design from concept to production-ready spec for homepage, product pages, pricing, and SEO.
• Growth Partnership: collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering as a true product partner.
• Experimentation: design and ship A/B tests; define metrics and carry learnings forward.
• Conversion and Activation: improve top-of-funnel conversion and activation through signup and onboarding.
• Concept and Storytelling: create bold, high-quality concept work with motion and storytelling.
• Mobile-First and Responsive: design mobile-first, with desktop and mobile as first-class.
• Build with AI: use Claude Code, Codex as core tools to prototype in code.
• Design Systems and Consistency: extend the design system to ensure fast shipping.
