Superhuman is seeking a Growth Design Manager to lead web and top-of-funnel growth design from the San Francisco hub. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on high-impact experiences that shape how millions encounter Superhuman and convert.

In this hands-on, player-coach position, you will own the design vision for homepage, landing pages, and acquisition flows, while growing a team of designers and partnering with Growth Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Data Science to enhance

• Proven experience leading web design teams with top-of-funnel focus.
• Balancing experimentation with brand moments to drive conversions.
• Strong craft in visual, interaction, and web design.
• Experience designing interactive and productized web experiences.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead web growth design end-to-end for homepage, landing pages, and acquisition flows.
• Drive optimization and experimentation through data-informed design.
• Build interactive and productized web tools that add value for visitors.
• Develop and manage a team of growth web designers, mentoring and elevating skills.
• Shape top-of-funnel growth strategy and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Productize the design system and advocate for scalable patterns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure cohesion.
