Superhuman is seeking a Director of Design & Research Operations to elevate our design and research execution across product teams. You will shape strategy, scale systems, and partner with leadership to remove friction and drive insight-led decisions.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration between design, research, product, and engineering, building culture, rituals, and scalable processes that empower designers and researchers to focus on craft and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in design operations or research operations within a design- or research-driven organization.
• Ability to embed structure and process within creative teams without stifling work.
• Experience building scalable systems and processes that teams actually adopt.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the connective tissue between Design, Research, Product, and Engineering, ensuring teams stay aligned and unblocked.
• Partner with leadership to define vision for craft and research excellence, and build scalable systems and culture.
• Act as strategic liaison across departments to ensure design goals are understood, resourced, and prioritized.
• Connect strategy, business goals, execution, and customer needs into an operational picture for the design team.
• Shape the team's culture and practices around how research informs design and product work.
