Job summary

HeyGen is seeking a Web Product Designer to own the marketing site end to end, collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering to turn curiosity into activated users. The role focuses on funnel-thinking, experiments, and data-driven iteration, not just visuals.

You will ship mobile-first, responsive designs, push experiments, and produce production-ready pages with AI-assisted workflows that scale across campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• Seasoned designer with production marketing-site experience and strong funnel mindset.
• Proven ability to ship marketing-site features that improve conversion.
• Experience collaborating with PMs, engineers, Growth and Marketing.
• Track record in metrics-driven design including activation and retention.
• Fluency in AI-assisted design with production-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end web design of marketing site from concept to production-ready specs.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering as a true product partner.
• Design and ship A/B tests and landing page variants with measurable outcomes.
• Improve top-of-funnel conversion and activation through signup and onboarding.
• Create high-quality concept work with storytelling and motion.
• Design mobile-first, responsive pages with production-grade output using AI tools.
• Maintain and extend design systems to ensure consistency and speed.
