Job summary

Vercel seeks a Growth Design lead to shape the complete self-serve journey—from signup to retention—for people and agents. You will partner with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data to move from observed problems to working prototypes and measured results.

You will use modern AI tools to explore data, build interactive prototypes, and design trustworthy experiences across skill levels. Location-flexible role with potential in-office days for listed hubs.

Qualifications

• Portfolio shows product design fundamentals with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous, complex work from framing to launch.
• Formulate hypotheses and interpret quantitative/qualitative evidence with data partners.

Responsibilities

• Own self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization and retention for people and agents.
• Identify high-impact opportunities via customer research and product data.
• Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data.
• Build and test prototypes using tools like Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Design and ship experiments and interpret results with emphasis on trust and accessibility.
• Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.
