Job summary

Vercel seeks a growth-focused Fullstack Engineer to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention through high-performance, visually compelling web experiences. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product design to build dynamic pages, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels.

You’ll design and develop scalable features, integrate feedback loops, monitor key metrics, and ensure reliability of our acquisition funnel.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong proficiency with Next.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Full stack experience designing/consuming APIs.
Deep understanding of SEO, performance and accessibility best practices.
Proven knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent cross-functional communication with marketing, design and product.

Responsibilities

Lead complex frontend projects that establish Vercel as a gold standard for brand and product marketing.
Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to A/B test landing pages for lead generation.
Design and implement scalable applications, web services, and APIs with a focus on UX and performance.
Contribute to our design system and uphold UX standards, interactions, and layout consistency.
Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase and team productivity.
Troubleshoot bugs and deliver high-quality, timely resolutions.
