Vercel is seeking a Senior Design professional to define Growth Design and shape the complete self‑serve journey from signup to retention. You will work with Product Design, Growth Product, Engineering, and Data to move from observed problems to prototypes, shipped experiences, and measured results.

You’ll have access to leading LLMs and in‑house tools, with anchor days in SF, NY, London, or Berlin or fully remote if beyond commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Own the self‑serve growth experience from signup through retention.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities via user research and product data.
• Co‑own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success metrics.
• Build and test prototypes using the right tools for the question.
• Design and ship experiments and interpret results with focus on trust and accessibility.
• Turn successful experiments into durable product improvements and reusable patterns.
