Job summary

Supercritical is seeking a senior Growth, Demand Generation, and Revenue Operations leader to architect an AI-powered demand engine. You will design systems that move named accounts from awareness to engagement and sales-ready status, using HubSpot, custom tooling, and first‑party data.

The role requires 5+ years in growth/marketing ops with hands-on experience building workflows, integrations, APIs, and LLM-enabled processes. A hybrid work model is available with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in growth, demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue operations, with at least one year building systems or tools.
• Evidence of building workflows, integrations, internal tools, or small products used by a commercial team.
• Hands-on LLM workflows beyond prompting and a clear sense of where AI belongs.
• Commercial judgment to read a funnel and prioritise initiatives for the quarter.

Responsibilities

• Own the outbound and nurture engine: signal capture, scoring, sequencing, and escalation to sales-ready status.
• Build account-level personalized campaigns and measure impact on behavior.
• Ship small tools and calculators (e.g., SBTi calculator) to generate first‑party data.
• Stand up funnel reporting by account tier with minimal manual work.
