Job summary

TechChain Talent is partnering with a major crypto platform to recruit a data scientist who will own marketing analytics, measurement frameworks, and experimentation across campaigns. The role emphasizes actionable insights that improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and budget efficiency.

You will work with cross-functional teams, build pipelines, and leverage dbt, Dagster and BigQuery to deliver real-time performance dashboards and impact-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python or R & SQL background with large datasets.
• Experience measuring paid marketing performance: attribution, incrementality, CAC/LTV/ROAS.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments (geo tests, holdouts, A/B tests).

Responsibilities

• Own analytics framework for marketing and paid acquisition.
• Develop frameworks for incrementality, attribution, CAC, LTV, ROAS and channel efficiency.
• Design experiments across creative, audience, channel and landing page strategies.
• Build models and tooling to understand user quality and downstream value across campaigns.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to translate data into budget and strategy recommendations.
